Job Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Develop and execute feature enablement and validation test plans for BIOS/Linux level SoC features across all Customer embedded products.
• Develop post-silicon validation infrastructure (software, hardware, automation environment, and lab setup)
• Execute manual and automated validation for boot flows, power management, security, HSIO, LSIO and platform interfaces
• Analyze kernel logs, dmesg, journalctl, , ftrace, perf, crash, gdb.and crash dumps to triage and root-cause failures.
• Validate driver behavior across kernel upgrades, distro updates, and Yocto image changes.
• Good understanding of Linux kernel fundamentals, device tree, and driver architecture.
• Develop and maintain validation scripts/tools (Python, shell, batch) to improve coverage and reduce execution time
