UX UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Champion a customer‑centric approach, balancing user needs and business requirements
• Embed UX and UI practices into project and delivery ways of working
• Partner with digital delivery teams, digital marketing, and the UX Manager to meet delivery dates and design standards
• Produce end‑to‑end design outputs: user flows, detailed wireframes, clickable prototypes, high‑fidelity UI, and final build‑ready assets
• Design within brand guidelines and an established design system to ensure consistency and quality
• Identify and support customer research and user testing opportunities, including planning and running testing when needed
• Help manage and evolve the design system, applying interaction design, visual design, and accessibility (WCAG) best practice
