The Role

With CUSP’s UX team, you will be assisting in various research tasks aimed at improving the user experience of a conceptual website for a platform that is new to the market. Your contributions will directly impact the development and enhancement of the platform!

• Conduct user research through primary and secondary methods such as interviewing and usability testing.
• Study competitors, analyse data and synthesise findings.
• Propose accessibility guidelines for inclusive design.
• Take part in continuous learning and fortify your skills as a UX unicorn.

• Immerse yourself in the realm of UX research, learning the ropes from our talented team.
• Take part in weekly workshops designed for you to learn everything UX and UI, from Adobe XD to User Research.
