UX Designer

Key Responsibilities: Conducting user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Creating user journeys, personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Designing intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms. Analysing user behaviour and feedback to continuously improve usability. Ensuring designs align with accessibility standards and design systems. Presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Job Experience and Skills Required: A qualification in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field. 4 years of UX design experience, ideally with exposure to leading projects or mentoring others. A strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end UX design process. Proven experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
