A black rose is the ideal candidate. A black rose for this role is a UX-specialist with a proven track record using a combination of interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. They will have a strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects they’ve worked on.


Must-Haves (Non-negotiables):

  • 3+ years as a UX Consultant, UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role

  • Strong portfolio of design software & projects (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq)

  • Background in user experience research

  • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
