UV Coater Operator

Key Responsibilities Operate UV coating machinery to achieve the highest production and finishing quality standards Apply UV coatings according to customer specifications and production requirements Ensure proper coating adhesion, gloss levels, texture, and curing performance Set up coating units, rollers, blankets, pumps, and UV lamps correctly Adjust coating thicknesses and curing settings to ensure optimal results Conduct machine make-readies and job changeovers efficiently Monitor UV lamp performance and replace lamps when required Ensure substrates are correctly aligned and fed through the machine Maintain coating consistency throughout production runs Minimise coating defects, waste, and machine downtime Perform first-off approvals before production commences Conduct continuous inspections during production to ensure coating quality standards are met Identify and rectify coating defects immediately Ensure all finished products comply with customer specifications and quality stand...
