Summary This position is with the Justice Management Division, Facilities and Administrative Services Staff (FASS), Justice Building Services Staff. The Justice Buildings Services is responsible for performing functions with respect to the operations, maintenance, repair, preservation, alteration, furnishing, equipment and custody of the Robert F. Kennedy, Main Justice Building (RFK). Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities for an Utility Systems Repairer Operator, WG-4742-11 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: *Installs and repairs air condition systems to provide exact temperature levels in special conditions. * Identify the cause of faulty air conditioning equipment and provide repairs, modifications and relocates equipment on various special-purpose air conditioning units and systems. *Operates utility systems of extremely large capacity and flexibility. * Troubleshoots unusual malfunctions on advanced equipment and systems. *Serves as operator in cha...
