As a Utility Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the stewarding department, ensuring kitchen and service areas remain clean, organized, and fully prepared for daily operations. This role is responsible for supervising utility associates, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting the overall success of our food and beverage team.
