**What you'll do...**
**Role summary:**
**Fit leadership** : Lead & conduct live fit sessions using fit model, pattern expertise and fit forms to evaluate samples for fit, performance and functionality. Ensure alignment with design intent and customer performance expectations.
**Technical Package Ownership** : Strong PLM knowledge to manage end to end fit cycle. Create and maintain detailed technical packages in PLM, including specs, grading, construction details, and fit evaluation comments
