Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of US Payroll Processors
- Ensure SLAs, productivity, and quality targets are met
- Handle escalations from customers and internal stakeholders
- Coach, develop, and manage team performance
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, data privacy, and audit standards
- Process and audit payroll entries, including voluntary deductions and tax elections.
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and out-of-balance conditions.
- Use Kronos and other systems to prepare timecard corrections and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 7-10 years of US payroll experience, including multi-state payroll processing, knowledge in different payroll regulations and tax reporting
