US Healthcare Recruiter (Ashby experience)

We’re looking for aUS Healthcare Recruiter to own high-volume clinical recruiting across assigned markets, primarily sourcing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in North Carolina and South Georgia. You will manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, while maintaining clean pipeline records, hitting daily performance targets, and keeping all stakeholders informed proactively.

This is a structured, high-output role requiring strong organizational skills, consistent daily reporting, and the ability to manage 50 or more candidate interviews per week without compromising quality or communication standards.
