US ETF Platform Management - Senior Associate

As an ETF Platform Management Associate within our ETF Platform team, you will partner with ETF Product Development, ETF Capital Markets, Investment Professionals/Portfolio Management teams, and cross-functional partners (Product Administration, Product Implementation, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology) to manage our platform and expand our product offering/capabilities.
**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for the end-to-end operating model and prioritization of technology platform enhancements for the U.S. and Canada ETF businesses to support new product development/product pipeline.
+ Support the portfolio management teams in the unique aspects of the ETF vehicle (creation and redemption process, custom baskets, etc.).
+ Project management of business initiatives, regulatory changes, and industry/market structure initiatives impacting our ETF business.
