• You have real experience working directly with U.S.-based companies/clients
• You can confidently explain accounting concepts, reconciliations, and workflows during interviews
• You have independently handled month-end close and accounting responsibilities
• You have worked with QuickBooks and U.S. GAAP practically
• You are comfortable communicating directly with U.S.-based stakeholders
• You are comfortable working full U.S. EST/night shift hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
• You have prior experience working U.S. night shifts
• You are an immediate joiner or available within a short notice period 
• Interviews, calls, WhatsApp messages, text messages, and communication will happen during U.S. EST hours
