Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US Bookkeeper role based in Noida. The US Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including recording and maintaining accurate financial records, posting journal entries, and reconciling bank and credit card accounts. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
The Bookkeeper will work extensively with accounting software to process transactions, run reports, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. The person in this role will collaborate with internal teams and clients, follow US accounting standards and procedures, and assist in responding to audits or information requests as needed.
