US Accountant (Construction)

Position Title: US Accountant for Construction Industry

Work Set-up: Work from Home

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM PH Time Zone

Holiday: United States of America (US)

Salary Package: Php 75,000.00 - 80,000.00

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Construction Accounting & Job Costing:

• Manage all project-based accounting activities, including job costing and budget tracking.
• Monitor project expenses, subcontractor payments, purchase orders, and vendor transactions.
• Ensure project financial performance is accurately recorded and reported.
• Identify cost overruns and financial risks and provide recommendations to management.
• Maintain financial controls to ensure projects remain profitable and within budget.
