**Qualified Candidates:**

+ Board certified/board eligible urologist
+ Licensed in the state of CA or ability to obtain
+ Join a well-established group
+ Full-time position based in the highly desirable area of Thousand Oaks
+ Call of 1:4 or greater
+ In-office APP support
