Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring smooth delivery through progress tracking and timely reporting on status, budget variances, risks, and exceptions.
- Partner with senior leadership to design strategic programs and exercise influence to ensure project initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Translate strategic plans into clearly defined project scope, objectives, budgets, timelines, and technical requirements.
- Identify, assess, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle to safeguard successful delivery.
- Monitor program and project performance across both internal teams and external service providers.
- Manage and resolve escalations with vendors and customers in a professional and effective manner.
