Urban Planning Architect

Responsibilities

• Design detailed city plans and master plans.
• Prepare planning materials.
• Engage in related interactions and investigations.
• Collaborate closely with building supervision, environmental protection, geographic information systems, measurement services, and technical services.

Team Collaboration

Work with a skilled planning team, including a planning manager, two planning architects, a planning data processor, and a design engineer.

Qualifications

• University degree in architecture or current completion of architecture studies.
• Previous experience in planning.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency in essential planning software.
• GIS skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of land use planning.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Active and independent work approach.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Finnish.
