Job Description
- To apply and conform to standard practices for City and Regional Planning guidelines where necessary.
- To apply best in urban planning and design techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications on projects
- Independently supports the team in delivering projects primarily involving master planning or urban design input in coordination with the team leaders
- Create innovative design solutions or task management in support of projects in urban design and planning concepts and translate them into clear and compelling graphic images and technical drawings
- Assist to coordinate and consult with international and local regulatory agencies on scope and impact of project when necessary
- Assist with business development activities, including the preparation of RFP and EOI submissions and client-facing deliverables.
