Upwork Bidder & BD Executive — Growth & Proposals

Markosol Technologies is hiring a skilled Upwork Bidder / BD Executive to help us win web development, digital marketing, video editing, and content-related projects. You will be responsible for daily bidding, writing strong proposals, handling client communication, and helping us grow our agency.
Location: Markaz G-11, Islamabad
Responsibilities
Bid on relevant web development, digital marketing, video editing, and content projects.
Write personalized and professional proposals.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements.
Coordinate with the internal team for pricing and project scope.
Maintain daily bidding targets and track performance.
Manage outreach on other platforms when needed (Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc).
Requirements
1–2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
Strong written English and proposal writing skills.
