Pay rate – $24/hr

Job Details
- Create freight bill of ladings
- Process orders, forms, applications, requests, updating forms & reports
- Manage customers’ accounts
- Obtain, evaluate and handle all relevant information to resolve inquiries and complaints promptly
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
