Our Client is seeking a Health Insurance Call Center Representative in King of Prussia / Blue Bell, PA.

Schedule: Flexible availability Monday–Sunday, 8 AM–10 PM. Available for 40-hour weeks and overtime as needed.

Job Description:

Handle inbound and outbound calls using auto dialers and manual dialing

Support new health insurance programs and customer inquiries

On-site and remote opportunities available

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery

Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures

Opportunity to obtain Insurance Producer licensing

Requirements:

Availability to work at least one weekend day

Strong computer, data entry, written, and verbal communication skills
