Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Career Services administrators and key stakeholders
- Conduct virtual and in-person platform demonstrations tailored to Career Services needs
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by generating scalable revenue
- Create and negotiate sales proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Teams to influence product features
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in higher education (Career Services, Employer Relations, or University Recruiting)
- 2+ years of proven sales experience preferred
- BA/BS degree required
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Hunter sales mentality with strong prospecting skills
- Ability to manage own pipeline as a self-starter
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce
