Unit Director Oncology

UPMC St. Margaret Hospital is seeking a dynamic Unit Director to lead our 5A Oncology Unit. As a proud four-time Magnet-designated organization located in the Aspinwall area, St. Margaret provides exceptional care with a primary focus on geriatric medicine and orthopedic surgery.

This leadership role follows a Monday-Friday, 8‑hour schedule and includes 24/7 accountability with on‑call responsibilities to support staffing and unit needs. While Oncology and/or Neuro experience is strongly preferred, it is not required for candidates with proven leadership potential.
