About The Role

As a Uniform Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all colleague uniform‑related operations, ensuring timely resolution of uniform issues, and maintaining accurate inventory levels in accordance with the hotel’s established policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Supervise daily uniform room operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure proper distribution, collection, and tracking of staff uniforms by separating them according to departments.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely availability of clean uniforms.
• Maintain accurate inventory of uniforms and related supplies by conducting regular stock counts and audits.
• Coordinate uniform ordering, replacements, alterations, uniform fittings, and size adjustments.
