• Enhancement of automation (Python) scripts developed by past interns for DNA-PMO, ensuring the scripts are maintained to keep up to date with our processes.
• Develop or enhance tracking reports for project budget utilization, funding claims, performance scorecards, invoicing processing & claims, and other reporting as needed, to provide useful insights to Finance, Project Teams and Stakeholders.
• Support on procurement processes for new contracts or renewals.
• Support in initiatives (e.g. Agentic AI) aimed at automation, improving processes, and/or streamlining administrative/ clerical/manual works within the department, enhanc...
