Underwriting Manager Motor Trade

Role Description

You will lead underwriting delivery within your business area, driving strong portfolio performance, technical excellence and profitable growth. This is a key leadership role where you will develop underwriting capability while ensuring disciplined, high-quality decision-making aligned to strategy.

Location: Candidates may be based at any of our sites located in the South region; please note that this is a hybrid working role with the expectation that attend the office 2-3 times per week.
