Responsibilities

• Assist underwriters in assessing and underwriting insurance risks, including triaging inquiries, gathering required information, and supporting deal closure.
• Act as a market-facing underwriter, engaging proactively with intermediaries to understand client needs, provide underwriting guidance, and support business development opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agents to drive portfolio growth and retention of key accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies as well as external regulatory and underwriting guidelines.
• Support credit control by coordinating with intermediaries to ensure timely premium collection and adherence to cash‑before‑cover requirements.
