Underwriter / Senior Underwriter

We are looking for an Underwriter / Senior Underwriter to join our team in Singapore. As an underwriter in Gard Singapore, you handle P&I and Hull underwriting for South East Asian markets and clients. You will market and sell our full product range, evaluate new risks and negotiate renewals. You will travel across Southeast Asia to connect with our clients, prospects and global team as well as to our head office in Norway. Key responsibilities: Enter and renew contracts of insurance on behalf of the Gard Singapore Branches. Identify, review and assess risks faced by our clients to offer appropriate riskmanagement solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and brokers and be an integral part ofGard's business development. Be a Gard ambassador ensuring our partners get access to relevant underwriting,claims, loss prevention and risk management information and service.
