This individual is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, managing crew performance, coordinating with general contractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining quality workmanship throughout the duration of the project.

The ideal candidate demonstrates ownership, leads by example, fosters a strong team culture, and communicates effectively with both field and office personnel.
