Pattern design, drilling compliance, blast optimisation.Monitor drill pattern accuracy against approved designs.Verify correct hole depth, spacing, and burden.Supervise charging practices and ensure stemming compliance.Conduct on-the-job coaching and practical skills development for underground personnel.Reinforce established training standards at the production face.Assess and evaluate operator performance in real working conditions.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and promote best practices in underground drilling and blasting operations.
