* Act as the UKG Senior Functional Analyst within the HR Services team, supporting Time Management across regions.
* Own and manage UKG operations, enhancements, and projects, serving as the UKG configuration expert and the voice of the customer/HRS team.
* Collaborate with country HR Services teams, business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and integration partners to deliver high-quality UKG product solutions.
