Act as the UKG Senior Functional Analyst within the HR Services team, supporting Time Management across regions. Own and manage UKG operations, enhancements, and projects, serving as the UKG configuration expert and the voice of the customer/HRS team. Collaborate with country HR Services teams, business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and integration partners to deliver high-quality UKG product solutions. Lead and execute assigned project tasks, including implementations, acquisitions, and process improvement initiatives. Continuously deliver enriched UKG product experiences that improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
