Position Overview

The Maximo Specialist is responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting IBM Maximo solutions for asset-intensive organisations. The role focuses on enabling efficient, compliant, and scalable asset and facilities lifecycle management across work management, preventive maintenance, asset performance, inventory, service delivery, and field operations

Working with internal and client stakeholders, the specialist translates business requirements into Maximo configuration and delivery plans. The role supports the IP&SI strategy by helping connect industry platforms, strengthen process and data foundations, improve operational efficiency, and deliver outcome-based transformation through trusted, integrated, and secure platform solutions.
