Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1 year of banking, finance, or credit card collections experience for UK clients is required
  (Examples: motor/vehicle/asset finance, property or mortgage loans)
• Strong negotiation skills with proper and assertive communication
• Solid understanding of the collections domain
• Comfortable dealing with international customers
