UK Company Representative

We're looking for a UK Company Representative to assist with ongoing corporate compliance. This is not an operational position and does not involve the day-to-day running of the business.

The role requires approximately 1–2 hours during the first month for the initial setup. Following this, responsibilities are minimal and may only require a few minutes of your time on an occasional basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support company compliance requirements.

• Sign banking and corporate documents remotely when requested.

• Be available for occasional administrative matters.

Compensation

£25 per month
