Job Description Summary This position resides in the Office of the CFO and is integrated into UCAR Community Programs (UCP) where it is responsible for providing leadership in UCP to foster adoption of and adherence to sound budgeting, ensuring pre- and post-award and compliance practices are adopted and adhered to throughout UCP’s Centers and Programs. This position is responsible for informing and supporting decision-making by the UCP Directorate and Centers.
