UAE Local Business Manager (Steel Industry)

Responsibilities

1. Develop and expand the local sales network for steel products (rebar, plate, billet, etc.) across the GCC region.
2. Formulate and execute localized business strategies, control trade risks, and achieve annual sales and profit targets.
3. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with local steel mills, traders, and end-users.
4. Monitor market price fluctuations and competitor activities, and submit regular market analysis report.

Job Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of local business experience in the steel industry, with solid knowledge of market regulations and an established client network.
2. Skills: Proficient in steel trading procedures or end-user sales, with strong negotiation skills and market insight.
3. Language & Documents: English proficiency required (Arabic or Chinese is a plus); driving license is preferred.
