UAE Compliance Manager, Amazon Payment Services

Key job responsibilities
Stay abreast of laws and guidelines applicable to the payment sector in the UAE and define their implementation at Amazon Payment Services.
Monitor adherence to compliance standards suggest better controls when required.
Escalate issues to senior management the compliance officer and the board as necessary.
Articulate compliance requirements for Amazon Payment Services new initiatives in close collaboration with the business.
Integrate sound risk management practices into compliance and business activities.
Build healthy relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization be a trusted compliance advisor to the business.
