Responsibilities:
- Recommend and select products for customers based on their individual needs
- Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
- To oversee and supervise the workshop staff to complete tasks assigned to them
- To order the correct parts as per service schedules, Vin numbers or Engine Numbers on vehicle license discs
- To order the correct tyres (Sizes, brands, etc as per customer requirements and quotations)
- Advise on correct fitment of tyres, rims and component replacements
- To quote customers on repairs needed
- To follow up on quotes given to customers that haven't come in for repairs
- Advise on wheel alignment and suspension problems
