Responsibilities: Recommend and select products for customers based on their individual needs Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services To oversee and supervise the workshop staff to complete tasks assigned to them To order the correct parts as per service schedules, Vin numbers or Engine Numbers on vehicle license discs To order the correct tyres (Sizes, brands, etc as per customer requirements and quotations) Advise on correct fitment of tyres, rims and component replacements To quote customers on repairs needed To follow up on quotes given to customers that haven't come in for repairs Advise on wheel alignment and suspension problems To be prompt and maintain an excellent attendance record To build good customer relationships in order to secure repeat business Requirements: Grade 12 (Matri...
