Typescript Team Lead

Overview

We are searching for a Typescript Team Lead for a regulated digital asset & crypto exchange group scaling their core platforms (client portals, payments, utilities, CRM, etc.). The team already has a strong engineering core, and the role requires owning the architecture and technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve system & application architecture.
• Build and review backend services (Node.js).
• Guide the team on best practices, data flow, and integrations.
• Stay close to the code, working with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• It is not a “just manage people” role; it requires hands‑on design and building with the team.

Qualities & Experience
