Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Turkish Chef to prepare authentic Turkish cuisine while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for menu preparation, kitchen operations, food quality control, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook authentic Turkish dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Develop and introduce new Turkish menu items and seasonal specials.
- Supervise food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with Singapore regulations.
