This Product Quality Engineer will be supporting Gas Turbine Final Assembly operations and components. This role will be instrumental for our team to meet our quality standards, resolve defects, and make process improvements

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Develop, maintain, and optimize quality control processes for Gas Turbine Assembly.
+ Ownership of defect/NCN (Non-conforming Notice) reviews and disposition
+ Utilize Root Cause Analysis process to prevent defects with cross-functional team, as needed.
+ Develop gage quality and calibration plans.

+ Develops knowledge of best practices and how Turbine Assembly Cell integrates with others; builds awareness of the competition and the factors that differentiate our cell in the market
+ Maintain and improve process documentation in assigned area to ensure consistent quality
