Key Responsibilities Warehouse Duties Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.

Record and update stock levels in the inventory management system.

Organize and store items safely and systematically to ensure easy retrieval.

Issue stock to departments based on approved requisitions.

Monitor stock levels and report low or expiring items to the supervisor.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times.

Assist with stock counts (monthly, quarterly, and annual).

Ensure compliance with hospital procurement and inventory control procedures.

Tuck‑Shop Duties Serve customers (staff, caregivers, visitors) courteously and efficiently.

Operate the cash register/  ensuring accurate cash handling and receipting.

Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
