**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop and execute the growth strategy for Life Science Mass Spectrometry business across Beijing and East region.
+ Drive pipeline creation through close collaboration with commercial teams, marketing, business units, and regional sales organizations.
+ Identify, prioritize, and support high-value opportunities to accelerate pipeline conversion and improve order closure.
+ Act as the technical expert for complex and strategic deals, providing solution support, competitive positioning, and customer-facing technical engagement.
+ Partner with regional sales teams to strengthen opportunity qualification, account planning, and deal execution discipline.
