Trust Administrator – Offshore Trust Administration

Responsibilities

• Attend to trust administration tasks on behalf of trustees in offshore jurisdictions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with offshore trustees.
• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
• Provide administration, compliance review and operational support to the trustees to enable them to manage the trust in the foreign jurisdiction.
• Accurately manage client records and documents.
• Prepare trustee resolutions, minutes and other trust related documents per instruction from the trustee.
• Co‑ordinate trust related distributions, loan repayments, fees and similar per instruction from the trustee.
