Truck Mechanic

A truck mechanic / diesel technician inspects, diagnoses, repairs and maintains heavy duty trucks and commercial vehicles

Typical duties:

• Perform PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service) oil changes, Filters, fluid check, tire rotations and brake inspections etc.

• Inspect engine and identify mechanical issues drive train (transmission /driveshaft axles/differential)

• Inspect and repair braking systems, suspension, and steering component

Skills Required:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel and gasoline engine

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical system

• Basic knowledge of hydraulic system

• Physically fit and able to work in a garage or field environment

• Good communication with drivers and operations team

• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures

Qualifications:
