Education

  • BSME, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience

    • Experience

  • 8+ years in automotive engineering
  • Strong trim engineering background
  • Proven success in launching soft trim programs (JIT, Cut & Sew)
  • Demonstrated leadership of engineering teams delivering measurable results
  • Expertise in engineering tools (DFMEA, Root Cause/8D, DVP, GD&T, etc.)

    • Position Summary

    Provides front-line technical leadership and customer interface for assigned program(s), ensuring delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and manufacturable trim products. Leads engineering teams to achieve on-time program milestones, first-time quality targets, and budget adherence, while strengthening team capability and customer satisfaction.
