Join our team as a Carpenter where you will work directly with the owner on new build residential trim projects. This role involves executing basic finish carpentry and trim work in the Rockford area, within a 25-mile radius. Every day brings a new challenge as you move from job to job, some lasting 2-3 days. Your tasks will include cutting and hanging trim, as well as maintaining a clean work area. This physically demanding role requires the ability to stand, walk, and use ladders throughout the day.
